Behçet's disease (BD) is an immuno-inflammatory multi-systemic characterized by ophthalmological and skin involvement, also oral genital ulcers. Its etiology pathogenesis are not clearly known. Neuro-Behçet's can occur as isolated form or a rare complication of BD. Besides, diagnosis neuro-Behçet's difficult. Since Neuro-Behçet result in morbidity mortality, early treatment important. The most important genetic factor the BD Human Leucocyte Antigen (HLA-B 51) allele positivity. A 9-year-old girl was brought to our outpatient clinic for 6 months with migraine-like headache. headache patient has partial response analgesics rarely awakes from sleep at night accompanied vomiting. diagnosed HLA-B 51 positivity brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings. In current study, roles MRI findings were discussed disease.
